You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, your access to paid content or active sessions may be terminated subject to the applicable refund policy.

4.1 Description of Services
Felunapor provides an online educational platform offering group and individual learning sessions, personalized learning paths, live instructor interaction, and collaborative tools focused on business growth techniques. The platform is accessible internationally and is designed to support remote learners across various time zones and cultural contexts.
4.2 Service Availability
We aim to maintain continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
4.3 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for such modifications or discontinuation.
5. User Conduct
By using the platform, you agree not to:

— Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without authorization.
— Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user's ability to use or enjoy the platform.
— Transmit any malicious code, virus, or other harmful software through the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Platform Content
All content available on the platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, user interface elements, and software, is the exclusive property of Felunapor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in platform content.
6.2 Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content unless expressly permitted in writing.
6.3 User-Submitted Content
By submitting any content to the platform, including messages, feedback, or materials shared in sessions, you grant Felunapor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your original submissions.
7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Certain services on the platform require payment. All applicable fees are displayed at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan or service. Prices are stated inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed.
7.2 Billing
Recurring subscription fees are billed in advance on the applicable billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment details are accurate and up to date.
7.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, completed sessions and fully accessed digital content are non-refundable. Requests for exceptions may be submitted to [email protected] and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7.4 Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to paid content remains available until that date.
8. Privacy and Data

By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Felunapor, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Felunapor in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Felunapor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise detrimental to the platform. Upon termination, the licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
14. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users. Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
15. Governing Terms Interpretation
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect. The failure of Felunapor to exercise any right provided under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Felunapor with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
